Ticket Purchase Rules Live Tickets OcOO reserves the right to change the "Terms and Conditions" at any time without prior notice.


1. General Provisions


  1. 1.1. The web services of the website https://livetickets.kz are provided by "LiveTickets" LLC (hereinafter — LiveTickets) exclusively to persons who agree to the terms set forth in this regulation.
  2. 1.2. By checking the "I accept the terms and conditions" box, you confirm your agreement with these terms of service provision through our website. Any additional conditions that the user might wish to impose on these provisions are automatically excluded and not recognized by LiveTickets.
  3. 1.3. Relations regarding the provision of entertainment services, information about which is specified in the Service:
  4. are established directly between the Buyer and the Organizer — the provider of the specified services;
  5. are confirmed by an Electronic Ticket.
  6. Electronic Tickets:
  7. LiveTickets is not responsible for the loss, damage, or copying of tickets;
  8. Each user/buyer/recipient bears personal responsibility for the safety of purchased tickets;
  9. The user/buyer/recipient is prohibited from selling or transferring the purchased ticket to third parties for commercial or promotional purposes;
  10. LiveTickets is not responsible for possible delays, postponements, or cancellations of events, as well as for restrictions established by the organizer or government authorities (for example, limits on the number of tickets available for purchase or restrictions regarding specific individuals). Buyers should contact the event organizer directly to settle claims.


2. Procedure and Conditions for Service Provision


  1. 2.1. To issue an Electronic Ticket, the Buyer must:
  2. register on the website https://livetickets.kz,
  3. select the event, date, time, seats, and number of tickets,
  4. provide an email address,
  5. choose a credit card payment method.
  6. 2.2 Payment for Electronic Ticket:
  7. After performing the actions specified in clause 2.1., the Buyer will be redirected to a secure payment page to complete the payment;
  8. When purchasing a ticket through LiveTickets, an additional fee of 4% to 10% is charged for internal administrative expenses, which is displayed before choosing the payment method. The client agrees that the commission amount (4–10%) is non-refundable upon ticket return;
  9. Online purchase has a time-limited window set at the moment of ticket selection. Upon expiration of the time, the order is automatically canceled.
  10. 2.3 Issuance of Electronic Ticket:
  11. After completing the payment, a redirect to the website https://livetickets.kz occurs;
  12. An electronic ticket will be sent to the specified email address, which confirms the fulfillment of LiveTickets' obligations for the sale of the ticket;
  13. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the entered data and is obliged to ensure the protection of their mailbox from access by third parties;
  14. The ticket must be printed or saved to a mobile device. On the day of the event, the ticket will be scanned at the entrance, and you will be asked to take your seat.
  15. 2.4 Return of Electronic Ticket:
  16. In case of cancellation or postponement of an event, only the ticket price can be refunded, excluding the cost of mediation services;
  17. Refunds for other reasons are possible only with the Organizer's consent via the website www.livetickets.kz (the organizer's contact email will be indicated individually for each event);
  18. A refund is possible no later than 10 days before the event (the day of the event is not counted). A refund is impossible if there are fewer than 7 days left before the event or if it is sold out. For postponed events, the same logic applies: if the new date is less than 7 days away, the request is considered an acceptance of the new date;
  19. Refunds for tickets purchased in cash are carried out physically at the address livetickets.kz upon presentation of the ticket and the cash receipt;
  20. For tickets paid by card, the refund is made within 14 calendar days from the moment of confirmation of the request to [email protected], but no later than 180 days from the date of payment. Personal presence is not required;
  21. Refunds for tickets purchased through payment terminals are made to the bank account specified in the refund application within 14 calendar days. The application should be sent to [email protected]


3. Confidentiality

  1. According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 133 dated 08.07.2011, LiveTickets does not transfer personal data to third parties or companies, except in cases directly related to the payment process.
  2. To delete your personal data from the LiveTickets database, send a request to [email protected]


4. Special Conditions

  1. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information necessary for the provision of the Service and is responsible for its relevance and completeness.
  2. The Buyer confirms that they accept the refusal to issue an Electronic Ticket in the following cases:
  3. refusal of payment authorization by the bank or payment system;
  4. initiation of a ticket return by the Buyer, if permitted by these Regulations and the Organizer's rules;
  5. other cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and the Organizer's rules.
  6. The Buyer is obliged to carefully read the event information posted on the website, including possible restrictions. If questions arise, contact support: [email protected] The absence of inquiries confirms that the Buyer has read the information.
  7. The Buyer bears full responsibility for the violation of these Regulations and the consequences of such violations.


5. Limitation of Liability of LiveTickets

  1. https://livetickets.kz is an online platform through which users can purchase tickets from event organizers. Full responsibility for events lies with the organizers;
  2. Organizers are responsible for the postponement, delay, cancellation, quality of the event, as well as any established restrictions;
  3. LiveTickets is not responsible for sound, visibility, table layout, setlist, cleaning, food, security, cloakroom, bars, etc. All claims should be directed to the organizer;
  4. LiveTickets is not responsible for the operation of payment systems, errors, or fraud related to payment;
  5. LiveTickets is not responsible for the actions of the Organizer or their representatives, including improper fulfillment of obligations;
  6. Buyers understand and agree that LiveTickets is released from any liability for any direct or indirect losses, including moral damage, lost profits, damage to reputation, and any legal consequences arising from the use of the site or its content.
