1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE DOCUMENT

1.1. The Privacy Policy of Limited Liability Partnership "Livetickets KZ" (hereinafter — the "Company"), located at: Republic of Kazakhstan, city of Almaty, Medeu district, Dostyk Avenue, building 107, apt. 24, postal code 050051, BIN (IIN) 250340002815, regarding the collection, processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter — the "Policy") defines the Company’s position and intentions in the area of collection, processing and ensuring the security of personal data in order to respect and protect the rights and freedoms of every person, in particular the right to privacy, personal and family secrecy, and protection of honor and reputation.

1.2. The Policy is mandatory for execution by managers and employees of all structural divisions, branches and representative offices of the Company.

1.3. The Policy applies to all personal data of subjects collected and processed by the Company using automated means and without using such means.

1.4. For matters not provided for in this Policy, the Company is guided by the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

2.1. Personal data — information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded on electronic, paper and/or other material media; such information includes, in particular: full name, year, month, date and place of birth, address, information on family, social and property status, information on education, profession, income, health status, and other information that, taken together, may identify the personal data subject.

2.2. Processing of personal data — actions (operations) carried out with personal data, including collection, storage, modification, supplementation, use, dissemination, depersonalization (anonymization), blocking and destruction of personal data.

2.3. Personal data subject — a natural person to whom the personal data relate.

2.4. Operator — a person who, alone or jointly with others, organizes and/or carries out the collection, processing and protection of personal data.

2.5. Other terms are used in this Policy in accordance with the meanings defined by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise expressly provided in the Policy.
