In such cases, customers will be informed on the event page on LiveTickets about the need to transfer personal data to third parties for the organization and more effective conduct of the event. Purchasing tickets for the specified event and entering personal data of visitors/ticket buyers reflects the consent of the interested persons to the transfer and processing of personal data by the third party.

In these cases, ОсОО “LiveTickets” acts only for the collection of personal data of buyers/visitors and does not have the authority of a personal data controller. The controller is the third-party company that requested the collection of data on its behalf. At the same time, ОсОО “LiveTickets” ensures the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated by the third-party company in accordance with the provisions described below, as well as the legislative and internal framework. In the event of non-use of the user’s online account for a period of 2 years, LiveTickets will notify the user asking whether they wish to keep the online account for the next 2 years; otherwise, the account will be deleted. In case of refusal, silence, or lack of response within 15 days from the date of notification of the intention to delete the user’s online account, LiveTickets will delete the inactive account. If necessary, the user may register a new online account again.
