How to buy a ticket?

• Choose an event you like;
• Click the "Buy ticket" button;
• Select the session and seats, then pay for the tickets using a payment method that is convenient for you;

If you bought tickets for a concert, theater, or circus, you will receive an e-ticket to the email address provided when creating your user account on the livetickets.kz platform. Tickets can also be found and downloaded in your personal account. It is not necessary to print the ticket — you can present it electronically from any device at the entrance.

How to pay? Currently, the following payment methods are available: Cards of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard; Payment via Apple Pay; Payment via Google Pay; Internet banking;

Note: If a child or student price is not specified during the ticket purchase, a full-price ticket is purchased.

Why are bank card payments not going through?

1. If the error message "Not permitted to client by Issuing bank. Call your bank" appears during payment, you need to enable the option that allows online payments to complete the transaction, as well as obtain a CVV2/CVC2 code if it is not indicated on the card. To do this, you need to contact the staff of the bank that issued your card.
2. If the error message "Code: 19, Message: Authorization error" is displayed, it is highly likely that you do not have a 3D-Secure password set up, which is required for online payments. Consult your bank on how to set up such a password.
